「顔診断」(以下「本アプリ」)は、timerags(以下「開発者」)が提供するスマートフォンアプリです。 本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは以下の情報をカメラ・端末内で処理します。
本アプリはカメラ映像・顔画像・顔の特徴データを外部のサーバーへ送信しません。 すべての処理(顔検出・感情推定・顔認証)は端末内で完結し、インターネット接続も必要としません。 「名前を登録」した情報は端末内のストレージにのみ保存され、開発者を含む第三者がアクセスすることはありません。
登録した人物の情報は、アプリ内の「登録済みの人一覧」画面からいつでも削除できます。 また、アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存された登録情報はすべて削除されます。
本アプリは取得した情報を広告配信事業者を含むいかなる第三者にも提供・共有しません。本アプリに広告・アクセス解析(アナリティクス)は含まれていません。
本アプリの感情推定・顔認証機能は、オープンソースで公開されている学習済み機械学習モデルを端末内で実行することで実現しています。 これらのモデルの学習(トレーニング)に本アプリの利用者のデータが使用されることはありません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、意図的に子供から個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に応じて予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新します。

"Kaosui" (顔診断, the "App") is provided by timerags (the "Developer"). This policy explains what information the App accesses and how it is handled.
The App does not send camera footage, face images, or face feature data to any server. All processing (face detection, emotion estimation, face recognition) happens entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection. Registered information is stored only in local device storage and is never accessible to the Developer or any third party.
You can delete any registered person at any time from the "Registered People" screen in the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored registration data.
The App does not share any collected information with third parties, including advertisers. The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Emotion estimation and face recognition run on-device using openly licensed, pre-trained machine learning models. No data from App users is used to train these models.
The App is not directed at a specific age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or feature changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
